Logitech G15 2-Tone 104 Normal Keys 34 Function Keys USB Wired Standard Keyboard

Pros: Perfect for gaming, the backlight makes it great for late night sessions, and when you need to look at the keyboard to type (like me). The G-Keys only have a few default profiles but you can make profiles for any program you want and not just games (i.e. Firefox, PhotoShop, Windows, ect) and with 52 macros per program per user, you'll just about have more then you can use. The G-Keys also help a LOT with slower games like RTS, RPG, MMORPG, and even some FPS games (like Counter-Strike). It also has a relatively small footprint using only 50 Mb ram, it really looks good at LAN Parties and it will also work with windows emulators for Mac and Linux. The keys pop off and go back on just as easy for cleaning (I game mine a though cleaning just a few weeks ago), just take a flat head pop each key off put it in some water then try it with a towel and set it out to air dry the completely for 4 or so hours then put them back on.

Cons: The play/pause, fast-forward, rewind, stop keys don’t seem to work for WinAmp, they were probably designed for Windows Media Player though. The handles on the top right and left are a bit small for my hands but I am a bit of a giant. The built in USB ports can’t be used for very much beacuse the G15 is a power hog, but if you really need extra ports you could get a USB hub for a few extra dollars. The G-Keys won’t work until you install the driver, but the rest of the keyboard will work just fine.

Overall Review: To all those people who are worried about the reviews that say the paint wore off the keys in a few months, Logitech fixed that problem in one of the 1st revises of the G15 and as proof of that, I’ve been using mine for over 7 months now and the only wear has been on my fingers and I play a LOT (60-70+ hours per week), so no worries there. Also make note that there is 2 different light brightness settings, the difference in the brightness inset much but there is a small difference in the amount life of the LEDs. But they are LEDs so thus they have an incredibly long life time as is. The disable winkey switch is a really good idea but I don’t find my self using it very much, probably because I’ve only hit the windows key a few time since I started gaming (4 some years ago) but I imagine some of you will find it very useful. Pros: As everyone has said, the blue key backlight and LCD screen is a great addition that you don't find in many keyboards. And more programs are using the LCD screen with their products. Check the companies website to see if they have a G15 profile that you can download. The keys type very softly, even after you've pounding on it for a few months. I don't use the G-keys that often, but I can see their use in certain games or programs. The USB ports on the keyboard itself is nice if you have a few games you like to use a gamepad for, but need the extra USB room on your case.

Overall Review: Gotta love Newegg. They sent me an e-mail saying the shipping company I selected wouldn't be able to deliver it and asked me to pick another and refunded my shipping for the hassle.

Pros: Truly excellent product! One of the most useful trait of this keyboard is the USB ports for really easy access. The keys light up, macro keys, lcd screen, and too much other stuff to list.

Cons: It's a little big but it makes up for it in other ways.

Overall Review: Trying to get used to the wired keyboard after a really long time. Got rid of Logitech MX5000 because the mouse and keyboard kept losing connection with the computer leaving me for dead during a game.

Cons: The keys are blue, i thought they were white. Not a good daytime keyboard, if u have a bright room during the day and with out the blue lights on its hard to see what your typing because the letter are transparent(duh) but it makes it hard. The 3 brightness setting for keys is useless with that being said, theres Off, low and high but between the low and high these almost no difference. theres also no restraint for the cord so it can get tangled. Overall Review: I've never reviewed a newegg product. I've owned this keyboard since it came out at least six years ago when it was $120. It has never failed and feels perfect even to this day. It has survived a college English degree and a 4 year warcraft addiciton. Buy it and it may be the finest piece of equipment you've ever owned too.

Pros: Best gaming keyboard I have used. Backlit keys are amazing. G keys are great for WoW and FFXI. Nice LCD screen too. Keys are quiet. Paint no longer comes off keys.

Cons: Letters are pretty hard to see if you don't have the backlight on. The keyboard is kinda big and bulky. No LCD support for many games yet (they keep adding more)

Overall Review: Bought a year ago, and paint starting coming off the keys after a few months. Called logitech couple weeks ago and said they fixed the problem on the new keyboards by putting the paint on the under side of the keys (or something like that). Its a known problem and have had many complaints. So they sent me a replacement no problem (had to pay shipping to send old one back though). So if you have paint coming off your keys, quit complaining and get the warranty replacement! *Get this keyboard... you will NOT be disappointed! And as always, NEWEGG ROCKS!

Pros: Very high quality hardware design that shows in pretty much every aspect; programmable keys that are simple to use; backlit with 2 brightness settings; low profile and very good feel.

Cons: USB ports rather useless due to high power drain by keyboard itself; retractable feet don't raise the keyboard very high; is admittedly a bit expensive (though personally, I'd say it's worth it).

Overall Review: Though I am a hardcore gamer and have been for some time, I've never really bought into the gaming input hardware craze. I used an el-cheapo standard keyboard and mouse for years; it was a substantial period before I even went to optical and ergonomic layout. Frankly, I figured it was better to bust the bank on a graphics card, monitor, or sound than a keyboard/mouse. Well, as noted above, I'm sold on it now. I had a bit of extra money, so I figured I'd give one of these fancy keyboards a try. I saw a few other Logitech and Saitek models on display and didn't think they looked particularly special, but the G15 caught my eye. Not sure if I can look at any other device without a bit of scorn now; it has definitely improved my game and is a great pleasure to use.

Pros: This keyboard is just excellent, the outstanding G keys help me alot in WoW and the LCD screen is outstanding. Backlighting is grand as well.
