You know, any kind of cheap mouse from a yard sale will work as long as your USB drives work correctly. I have been fixing computers since 1989. That mouse is very nice. I don't like these expensive Razor mice. They always seem to give me trouble and cost $70.00.  Logitech is the best company and one you can trust.

Are there already(/Can one program) buttons which may change DPI?

There are buttons by default that can change the DPI. In the software for the mouse you can also set a custom DPI as well as DPI cycling. The software is also able to set up different keybindings for each key.

How big or small is this mouse?

This is a "standard" size mouse as in not a laptop mouse.  It's slightly longer at 5" measured along the bottom but it doesn't feel that with the made to fit hand curves.

How could i get the right profile for cabal online ph?

Not sure. I play many games and have never needed profiles or had any issue with the mouse, however, I dont use macros for gaming.
