Question 1

Can you completely remove the wrist rest? I see you can change between two sizes but I would prefer to completely remove it.

If you look at the last picture - with the box, keyboard, and two wrist wrests - the bottom of the keyboard has a glossy black skeletal frame. This is not removable at all, it extends around the whole keyboard and is basically its body. The most you can do is use the 'smaller' wrist wrest (which is a plastic cover over said frame) as it doesn't increase the size of the permanent wrist rest area but instead covers it. 
I greatly enjoy the keyboard, it's quiet, responsive, comfortable, and during GTA V when I had a wanted level, the "F" keys were flashing red/blue like police lights. Highly recommended.

Can you remove the wrist rest, like with a razer blackwidow?

Yes, the wrist rest is removable (kind of).  There are two different sizes included in the packaging but you wouldn't use the keyboard without either rest installed.  The exposed base underneath the rest is very substantial and nearly the same size as the smaller of the two included rests.

Does it charge your smart phone? The Docking is a USB port or Something else?...

No, it does NOT charge phones (no USB port). The dock is simply a place to hold your phone while the ARX app is running (on your phone). ARX displays CPU temp., GPU temp., and other gaming related stats.

does this have USB pass-thru for plugging a mouse in? I don't see it in the pictures...

Is this keyboard Windows 10 Compatible yet ? Are the drivers available to download to make it compatible ?

Yes the G910 is natively compatible with Windows 10, no drivers necessary. It's also one of if not the only lighted keyboards the can be used with a KVM. I am alternating between Win 7 on one computer and Win 10 on the other, with no problems.

Is there a Windows lock function? I don't want to be playing a game then accidentally open up my start menu.

Yes, up near the media buttons there is a button with what looks like a joy stick. I accidentally pressed it one time and my windows key stopped working. I almost thought the keyboard was broken. Hope this helps.

I am looking to get a new keyboard I am wondering how well this one works for typing? I need a keyboard that is comfortable during gaming and then also comfortable while typing long essays? I am looking at this one and the logitech G410.

I recommend going to a store that has a few on display.  Google and read up on Cherry red, brown and blue keys.  Those are the standards.  Red are smooth all the way down and back up.  Brown have a silent bump.  Blue have a clicky bump.  IMHO Brown are the best but I am a sloppy typist so I miss-type with Red a lot.  This keyboard has custom keys that feel somewhere between red and brown.  I miss-type on this keyboard and prefer the feel of my wife's cherry brown corsair.  The cherry keys are solid and therefore do not light up brightly.  The G910 is super easy to read.  I am half blind so this is the one I use.  I have gotten used to the feel but when I use my wife's keyboard I am reminded of what I am missing ;-)  Good Luck!

How many keys can this key board roll over?

Are you planning on Hulk Smashing the Keyboard?  Is so, you might want to buy a cheaper keyboard.  After extensive gaming, I seriously doubt that Hulk Smashing the keyboard will get you the necessary win with ANY game you're planning on playing.

How wide of a device can fit in the ARK Dock? Note 4 is 3.09" Wide.

Most probably yes.  There's enough space on either side providing it's no thicker than .5"

Keep in mind it's a cold dock (no charging station) which means if you're running the ARX app, it will be running off its own battery power.

Question 10

Is it compatible w/ windows 10? My Saitek Cyborg is not.."Drivers not available yet".

The Logitech Gaming Software is not 100% windows 10 compatible which controls the lighting and macro features.  The keyboard is compatible physically.
