Logitech Internet 350 Black 104 Normal Keys 8 Function Keys USB Wired Standard Keyboard - OEM

Pros: Solid construction, media keys, nice look, Logitech name, responsive and quiet keys This is a great keyboard. The media keys are nice and convenient. They worked without any setup on Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux (v6.10). The keys have the right amount of spring that I like. They are fairly quiet. Just a little louder than my laptop keys. The flat black with glossy black trim is easy on the eyes and matches my Logitech mouse. The keyboard also has a diamond symbol on the ctrl key and a diamond symbol followed by the shortcut function on the z,x,c,v,b,s,f, and p keys (undo, cut, paste, save, find, etc). That is nice if you have older parents or if you just can't remember shortcut keys.

Cons: None

Pros: It works, no muss, no fuss, no driver mess. Has hot keys. Key action is good. Solid platform.

Cons: Keys feel a little soft. Play is not as crisp as I might like. Long stroke, spring is a little heavy. Need external software to remap hot keys (no driver).

Overall Review: Dependable USB keyboard, with no baggage to deal with.

Pros: Keys have a great feel to them. Two Windows keys (I like to be able to press Windows + Pause/Break with one hand to bring up the System Properties). Nice rubber stoppers on the bottom front edge prevent the keyboard from slipping around. Perfect gaming and typing angle when back feet are deployed. Shortcut keys on the top are only what you need, and function without installing any third-party software. They're also nigh-impossible to press accidentally, yet still easily accessible. Keys don't wobble around; very easy to barely reach that escape key without it catching on the sides. Works flawlessly on both my XboX 360 and PS3. Works perfectly on a Mac. Very hardy; I've owned one for 2 1/2 years and only just replaced it because my girlfriend spilled an entire glass of Scotch onto it. It was working perfectly up until then.

Cons: Not waterproof... but if I wanted a waterproof keyboard, I'd buy one. Wait, no I wouldn't, because this thing is perfect and easy on the wallet to replace if ever I have another accident.

Overall Review: After the spill, I immediately purchased not one, but three replacements from NewEgg. I keep one in my car for service calls (as a freelance computer technician, I must have a reliable keyboard on hand just in case), and one at my desk for personal use. I gave the third to my FPS-addicted father, simply because I felt BAD for him NOT having experienced this amazingly perfect keyboard. Do yourself a favor -- next time you need a keyboard, or even if you think you may want to replace yours soon, give the Logitech 350 a chance. You'll be glad you did.

Pros: I just put this thing through a DISHWASHER! I laid it out to dry and after a day in the sun it was fine. I took it apart and apparently AJ (the most helpful post) does not know what he/she is talking about. There are THREE plastic wiring sheets that separate from each other. SUPER EASY TO CLEAN.

Cons: None. I just came here to post about how happy I am with the reliability. I would not "recommend" that you abuse it like I have, but you could.

Overall Review: Again, I am typing on this thing that was just hours ago in the dishwasher, all the buttons work great. If you wash it and have any trouble then just undo the case, life up the plastic sheets and dry in between them. Unbelievably reliable.

Pros: Cheap, works, and comfortable to type on. No problems with media keys in either Ubuntu, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.

Cons: After three years of ownership, none.

Overall Review: Originally bought as a placeholder until I could figure out a "nicer" keyboard to purchase, but I've been so pleased with this one that I never felt the need to "upgrade"!

Pros: Media buttons (gots to have my -/+ volume) Keys feel nice to the touch/press. It's black. Great price, probably about as good as it gets for affordable media-button keyboards. Flip-up feet in back with rubber in front to keep keyboard still.

Cons: This keyboard exhibits a small key concurrency problem that was present in the HP keyboard it is replacing (granted, this is not a "gaming" keyboard that is meant to deal with crazy key combo presses). In Trackmania Nations (unless you remap the keys with an external app... I've not tried this), you use the arrow keys. This reveals that the left/forward arrow cancel out the back arrow being held down (you can hold down all 3, but the back arrow won't register). Not a huge issue, just a small nit-pick... obviously non-issue for FPS games.

Pros: Nice finish* Media keys work OOTB in Ubuntu Cheap Got this as a backup keyboard for a htpc/server build, and it works great. Had to get something i knew would work in BIOS if my wireless keyboard didnt. Nice responsive keys, didnt take long to get used to. Keys feel a litte closer together than what ive been used to but again you get used to it. As stated all the media keys run out of the box in Ubuntu 9.04.

Cons: *The little palmrest built into the keyboard had some discoloration on it when i got it. Not a deal breaker as its only a backup keyboard.

Overall Review: I can get to calculator faster now?

Pros: Very inexpensive keyboard. It works great for a budget gaming keyboard, no problem with multiple key presses. Keys feel just right.
