Can you put it in the dishwasher?

No, you are not supposed to put the keyboard into any dishwasher. I have always washed my keyboard under lukewarm water that is running from the tap.

The box and note from the keyboard say you are not supposed to use hot water to wash the keyboard and it mentions a maximum of 5 minutes wash time. So, this is meant for a light washing and not a full heavy duty scrubbing.

It didn't mention if this works with windows 8 or not, does it?

I don't have Windows 8 installed on my computer, but (based on past experience with other operating system upgrades) it should work with no problem, since basic input drivers haven't changed all that much.

I want a good keyboard with extra functions, especially ability to pause Windows Media Player or Mute PC or adjust volume. This keyboard says it has extra functions on the F keys, and I can see some of them in the tiny pictures, but nothing lists what they all are. And it also doesn't say how they can be used if they are also on the F key (they're not on their own dedicated key). Can someone at least say how they work (do you hit some other key in combination)? For extra points, say what they are. Not even Logitech's PDF on the K310 says these things.

As it says on the second page of the Logitech Quick Start Guide PDF (accessed at Logitech's K310-quick-start-guide.pdf)
you access the extra function keys by first pressing and holding the Function key (lower right side of keyboard, between the right ALT & CTRL keys) then pressing the appropriate F key. This is exactly the way many Windows laptop keyboards work.

The extra functions include the standards:
F1 Browser "Go Home"
F2 Open Email Application
F3 Browser Search
F4 Calculator
F5 Open Windows Media Player
F6 Skip to first of song (prior song)
F7 Play/pause music
F8 Skip to end of song (next song play)
F9 Mute sound
F10 Decrease sound
F11 Increase sound
F12 System Shutdown (Windows Sleep, very annoying)

Will this keyboard work with Windows 10 and a Kvm switch?

works fine with Win 10, haven't tried with a kvm switch but it shouldn't be any different with any other keyboard.

I need to be shure about the keybord UK layout and availability.
Is the keybord UK laouyt and available too ?

This keyboard (at least the one I received) is marked as a US keyboard and does not include UK characters such as the pound and euro. It's not hard to install a software keyboard from Microsoft that produces those characters, but you'll have to remember those or mark the keys yourself somehow.
