Hi, does it come w/the normal 103-key layout or the so-called 105-key "international" layout?

If you zoom in on the second photo that NewEgg provides for the item, the keyboard has 103 keys, including one windows key next to the left Ctrl key and a function key between the right Alt and Ctrl keys (to initiate functions on the top row of keys, similar to a laptop).
