Does This Use Batteries Or Does It Have To Be Plugged In To Charge? Also, Does This Use A USB Bluetooth Receiver?

It has a built in rechargeable battery that lasts about one month of fairly heavy use, with the backlight on. It charges using a USB micro cable. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy, which will work with the Bluetooth receiver built into your computer or phone, or a USB Bluetooth dongle if you don't have Bluetooth built in. It doesn't come with a USB dongle.

Will this work with an android device?  I am looking to use this with team viewer so I can diagnose pc's while I am out of the house.  If someone can see if it works with the Android team viewer app that would be amazing! Thanks!

I just tested both and everything works flawlessly.  all I did was plug the USB dongle into my USB to type c adapter and plugged into my Galaxy S8 + and every single thing worked as you would expect including in TeamViewer

What is the difference between the Logitech K830 Mod #920-007182 and Logitech K830 Mod #920-006081?

No difference.  The 007182 is sold and shipped by Newegg directly.  The other one is from a third-party seller selling through Newegg.
