No, our label printer is not designed for shipping labels, it only print label width in 12-50mm.
Can it connect to a computer?
Our label printer works with pad and smartphones, but doesn't support computer connections.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No account required - just use Guest Mode. Note: Printing history won't be saved in this mode.
What charger should I use??
You'll need a standard 5V charger (like phone chargers), don't use fast charger.
How do I adjust print darkness?
Go to 'Print Preview' to set ink darkness. Level 7 gives the darkest print.
