Pros: Lightweight, great battery life on reciever, decent range. It even transmits around corners and through walls for short distances. Pretty much anywhere in my small apt, or outside. It's perfect for what it's intended for: lightweight, wireless sound. I can play my bluerays or console games max volume at any hour without worrying about waking the neighbors. I also like using it with a stereo or ipod, and being able to walk around freely without carrying the ipod. This thing is really lightweight!
Cons: Slight static, but hardly noticable at full power in both puck/reciever. The sound quality is horrible, no bass, but it's not intended for great sound. Just replace the Qbean earbuds with quality ones (such as Koss or Bose) and you get bass and worlds of difference in sound. The included earbuds are trash.
Overall Review: I would have given this product 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for the price. I would expect to pay maybe $30-$40 for something of this quality, not $90! If you care at all about sound quality, forget these. If you want lightweight versatility, this works fine. I may even try using it on my motorcycle, connected to my ipod. It's also good for travel, IE using a laptop. Its slightly better quality than laptop speakers, and at least has bass (with quality earbuds). Though, you only need this if you plan on watching movies or something, at a distance. Important note: plug in the puck transmitter for best sound and transmission. After a while, the 3 AAA batteries in the puck (not included) wear down and sound degrades. I thought it was the reciever and would recharge it, but it turned out to be the puck. A full recharge on the reciever will get about 8 hours continuous use, give or take. Quality earbuds are a MUST.
