Does this work with an iMac? Version 10-15-7, Late 2013

Yes, this CD/DVD Drive works with Mac OS systems, including iMac.

Is there a link to download a driver? My windows 10 HP doesn't recognize this device when I try to plug and play.

Not that I'm aware of. My unit plugged and played properly right out of the box. I have a 64-bit Windows 10-Pro desktop. The unit is listed as "hp DVDRAM GT30L USB Device" and the driver is "10.0.190041.1, Win Build 160101.0800" in Device Manager. Hope that helps
