The N2 MP3 Player comes with the Play Store pre-installed. You can install and update apps directly from the Play Store.
What should I do if my MP3 player won't charge?
This player does not support PD fast charging. If it is not charging, please use a standard 5V 1A adapter and the original cable.
What if the screen is black and shows no charging icon?
If the battery is completely drained, please charge it for at least 20 minutes before restarting. The icon normally appears after 10 minutes of charging.
