I am having an issue where the progress display screen will not show anything. And there is no indication that the cloning has started or finished. The target and source hard drive status LEDs are constant red. I cannot find any information on what is happening. Does anyone know what to do to get this to clone again?

Set the switch to Clone, and press the Clone button TWICE?

Does it support M.2, and have B + M Key?

No, it doesn't support any M.2 SSD, only support mSATA SSD
