Why does it specify bandwidth in megabits, with numbers so low it suggests you are limited to less than 10% of USB 2.0 bandwidth?

I did not buy this product based n it's specifications, I bought it for it utility and ease of use. I had several 2.5" drives and I found that carrying around a bunch of DVD and CD to be a pain soI got this to take care of that issue and I was Happy. s far as transfer rates. I am more than happy with the speeds I get to read and write with these Manhattans with my Macs.
