Does this case allow for a DVD drive to be mounted and accessed easily?

You cannot mount a DVD drive internally (no slots for a drive to open/close), but you could use an external DVD drive connected via USB. It is not a case designed to mount such a drive internally if that is your need.

Does this only use Mini-itx or can it use micro as well?

It's mini-itx only. Should also work with the AM4 Mini-DTX board, bit it will not support micro ATX

Do these cases have good airflow for multiple GPU cards?

This is a ITX case, there is going to be only one GPU on everyone of these motherboards.

Will this fit a standard sized power supply or require a specialized one?
