Is the RGB light strip compatible with Asus Aura Sync control?

Unfortunately, it is not. You have to use NZXT’s cam software to control the lighting on any of their products.

The h510i should support this size radiator. I have two 120 fans in the front of the case and it supports for two 140 mm fans so you should be fine

The entire bottom of the case is shrouded for an ATX PSU.  I'm pretty sure everything up to 1600 watts will fit (though it may be a tight fit.)  Theres plenty of room for cable management.

Yes that is exactly the one that I have right now in my H510i.  Just FYI, the top-mounted USB A port breaks easily on this case.

Yep, it comes with two case fans. Check NZXT's site for more details, but here's the quote from there:

"A front bracket designed for radiators up to 280mm makes installing water-cooling simple. **Two Aer F 120mm fans** are included for optimal internal airflow and the front and PSU intakes include removable filters."
