does it support 4tb drives?

This doc supports the MS NTFS file system which is up to 2.19 TB.

Also the USB 3.0 control is erratic and doesn't work correctly.  The Esata and USB 2.0 works fine.

I use it to store movies and tv shows so it is hooked up to my LG Flat Screen television via the USB port.

Does the e-sata support 6 Gbps/e-sata6?

Specs say yes  i have it on a 3 gbps e-sata card i tried it first with USB it was terribly slow  have had it for quite awhile i use it on a modified HP gt7225 thin client for NAS to store MKV files and serve them to other Thin clients used for media on all my TV's it works well i have had no issues with it at all the only thing i would change is it has a soft power button and when the power goes out it stays off other then that when these 4 2TB green drives are full i will buy another one i am happy i bought it changing drives happens is seconds without cages and screws /clips and all that  i dont have to take it off line to change drives each slot has its own power button
