Are these discs completely black on both sides, or does the label side have printing on it already?

The discs are completely black on both sides.  There is VERY minimal writing on the top surface of the disc (label side).  The only writing on the label side is the Memorex logo centered to the left of the central hole (about 3/16" tall, 1" long) and the words "Black CD-R", with the speed and size of the discs, on the opposite side of the center hole.  That writing too, is quite small.
