What is the media code of these discs? Are they Philip R04-000, CMCMAG BA3-000, Ritek BR2-000, or some other type?

This come up (from ImgBurn) as:
MID: RITEK-BR3-000

I've not burned one from this batch yet, but will shortly as my other supply just ran out.  But I had a batch of either the 6, or 4x earlier that were perfect for my needs (Blu-ray movie backups).

how many minutes can I record on these discs?

That depends entirely on the quality of the media being recorded. A 3D lossless blu-ray master with DTS_Master_Audio in 7.1 with a 1080p video @ 2 hours will take up nearly the whole disc. At lower qualities, you could fit literally thousands of hours of, say, home video at lower resolution, or tens of thousands of songs, or millions of photos...
