• International Orders: The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes.

• 12 months Manufacturer’s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 90 days warranty.


• Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must describe the defects and provide related order number. WE PROVIDE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES ONLY WITHIN EFFECTIVE WARRANTY PERIOD.

• If any defects of the items you bought, Please contact us within 7 days from goods received. If it is over 7 days, it will be considered accepted and used. REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL NOT APPLICABLE. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!


• All returned items MUST BE in original package and you MUST PROVIDE us the tracking number of shipment, specific reason for the return, and your original purchase order number within 30 days. Shipping cost will be charged to both of seller and buyer in half.


• We will refund you at a FULL AMOUNT of the items, only if the items returned in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories. Alternatively, you can ask for replacement.
