1.Drill a hole with about 3mm

2.Put the panel on the hole and insert the voltmeter, Unscrew the nut on the charger. Place the charger in the hole and tighten the screw ring to the voltmeter

3.Connect red wire to plug(+)and black wire to the plug (-)

4.Connect "+" to the positive pole of the battery, "-" to the negative pole
