| Question 1 | Why is there no "Add Device" button in Google Find Hub? |

| Answer 1 | Once powered on, the MiTag is typically detected automatically via a Google Fast Pair pop-up; If no pop-up window appears, Follow the Manual Set Up Instrcution(If you miss the pop-up): Open Settings >"Google"> "All Services">"Connected Devices & Sharing", select "Devices">"Scan for Nearby Devices",the MiTag will appear in the list of available nearby devices. Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection. |
| Question 2 | Why doesn't the Google Locator popup appear anymore? |
| Answer 2 | 1. Please make sure your Android phone supports Android 9.0 or above. 2. It could be because your Google Play Services is not up to date. Updates may be delayed depending on the phone brand. You can update it manually: "Settings" > "Apps" find and tap "Google Play services," then tap "App details" to update. If the popup still doesn't appear after update, please restart your phone. If the issue persists, please ask us for assistance. |
| Question 3 | What should I do if one or more of the four trackers are not working when I turn them on for pairing? |
| Answer 3 | When multiple trackers are activated at the same time, it may trigger silent mode, which can prevent popups or pairing. We recommend turning on each tracke one by one and attempting to connect individually to avoid interference from silent mode. We also recommend assigning a custom name after successfully connecting to avoid confusion caused by identical default product names. |
| Power On | Press the button once to turn on the device (a beep will sound). |
| Power Off | Press and hold the button for 5 seconds (two short beeps will sound). |
| Factory Reset | Press 6 times rapidly when you hear a long beep, the device will be reset. (Please remove the tracker from the"Find Hub"app before resetting. Default Power on state after reset) |
