Essential Tips to Set Up Your SW5 Earbuds
The earbuds support two connection modes: dongle and Bluetooth. Long-press either earbud to switch modes, and make sure you are in the correct mode to hear audio.
They can connect to one dongle device + one Bluetooth device, but audio can only play from one at a time.
How to use the earbuds on PC, PS5/4? NOT compatible with Xbox and PS Portal
- For initial use, be sure to remove the red protective film. Afterward, return the earbuds to the case, close the lid, and open it again to turn on the earbuds.
- Insert the Dongle into your device, the earbuds will automatically pair with the Dongle. (DO NOT plug the dongle into a docking station, as many docking stations have poor performance and can interfere with the signal transmission to the earbuds.)
- After successful pairing, the dongle's light will remain solid. If it’s still blinking, please make sure the earbuds are in dongle mode instead of Bluetooth mode (press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds to switch between the two modes). Also, check that "SW5" is selected as the output and input in your device's sound settings.
- Bluetooth Connection(Connect to a second device): You can connect to a second device via Bluetooth — just long press either earbud for 2 seconds to switch from Dongle Device to Bluetooth Device.
Still unable to connect to the dongle?
Please try resetting the earbuds by placing both earbuds back into the charging case, keeping the lid open, and pressing and holding the button on the back of the case for 5 seconds until the light flashes. Then, re-insert the dongle and try connecting again.
