Yes, because of its lower profile keys, they are considerably quiet.

What is the difference between the Microsoft 3XJ-00001 and the 3TJ-00001 keyboards?

Approximately 14" by 6.5". They used to makethis a little smaller but it was a bit cramped for daily use. I like this size much better. Small enough to be portable and easy to store, but big enough to feel like a standard keyboard.

Do you have a driver for this keyboard? I am using the on-screen keyboard (which is pretty cool), because I am having trouble getting the new one to work.

Are you running a Windows OS. The keyboard does have a specific a driver. I'm not sure about win10 but for 7 & 8(8.1) the driver installed automatically at my next Windows update after I connected the keyboard. You might try searching Microsoft's support site for the driver, search comfort curve 3000 driver. However, if you're on a company computer you should probably work through your desktop support to get the driver installed.
