What is the cache and rpm for this drive?
I need at least 16 Gb cache and 7200 rpm minimum for video editing

I don't know the cache or rpm and couldn't find those specifications in online searches. I bought it as a gift for my nephew and never used it myself.  Since it is essentially a laptop hardrive in an enclosure, it's probably 5400 rpm.

If your computer supports USB 3.0, which is 10X faster data transfer rate than USB 2.0, cache & rpm may not matter for moving or copying the large files created in video editing.

This is a storage device and not a system drive, though it could probably be configured as a bootable system drive in your computer's BIOS.

As a video editor myself, I recommend a Solid State Drive (SSD) hardrive in a fastest possible computer (multi-core 64-bit CPU with lotsa DDR3 RAM), for best video editing performance.  SSD hardrives don't have alot of capacity so the WD Portable hardrive you're asking about would be useful for storage if your computer supports USB 3.0.  Good luck.
