1.Mirror display with MAC OS system
- Note: For Mac system, it only support mirror mode and non-mirror mode. Non-mirror mode means that the three external monitors are same but different from laptop. you can get one display of HDMI1+HDMI2+DP, one display of your laptop. Totally two different contents for Mac OS.
- For Mirror mode 3 monitors' resolution are 4K @30Hz(for Mac ONLY MIRROR MODE)
- For Non-mirror mode 3 monitors' resolution are 4K @30Hz(for Mac)
- Please note: Not support dual monitor for M1,M2 chip macbook pro/air (M1,M2 chip only supports output to 1 monitor).
2.Triple display with Windows system
- Type C Hub expand triple monitors with our Adapter, HDMI port support up to 4K@60Hz(while source is DP1.4); DP port support up to 4K @60Hz.
- Mirror mode and Extend mode 3 monitors' resolution of two of the displays are 1080P@60Hz, another one will be limited to 1080@30Hz(for Windows)
The USB C ports are looking the same, but it has several critical differences between Thunderbolt 3, USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, and USB-C 3.1 Gen 1.

- Only Mirror and Non-Mirror Modes are available for Mac OS System. This means, all connected external monitors can only be mirrored your MacBook screen or, all of the external monitors show only one identical display which is different from your MacBook screen.

Question:will this cast a galaxy's note 8 screen to a tv with vga plug?
Answer: It allowed me to cast my computer (Apple MacBook Pro) to my TV. Since the Galaxy Note 8 has a USB-C port, I would assume it will.
Question: Is there a way to extend the cord that plugs into the computer? it is too short to hide under the desk and reach the comp. thanks.
Answer: Yes, you can buy an extension USB cord. I did this for my own computer setup. Just make sure that you purchase a cord that is both power delivery (PD) and data.
