Connect your Mini DisplayPort or Thunderbolt equipped PC or Mac to a VGA monitor using this Mini DisplayPort 1.2 a / Thunderbolt to VGA Active Adapter from Monoprice! This adapter is designed to allow you to connect a VGA monitor to a Mini DisplayPort or Thunderbolt video output. It conforms to the DisplayPort 1.2 a standard and supports resolutions up to 1920x1080p @60Hz. Being an active adapter, it is fully compatible with the AMD Eyefinity and nVidia Surround multidisplay modes. It features a true 6" cable length with polycarbonate connector heads. The VGA end has panel screw holes, so you can secure the cable to the connector.
The MDP connector head measures 14.0 mm thick, 16.0 mm wide, and 24.0 mm long. The VGA connector head measures 19.5 mm thick, 42.0 mm wide, and 47.0 mm long.
