Is there a wired headset jack on this phone? If so, is it the standard 3.5mm size?

Yes, bluetooth is very good also. Great phone 2-3 day battery life. Been using nearly a month now and could not be happier with a phone.

Does it work with Verizon network?

Unfortunately due to the funny naming system Asus seems to use its hard to tell precisely which model you are getting, I believe the Zenfones are GSM/LTE and unfortunately don't support CDMA (even though CDMA is superior in some ways). The best site to use may be frequencycheck DOT com If Verizon has LTE in your area it 'may' work. Another thing to consider is AT&T is nearly as good as Verizon for less.

What LTE bands does it support?

This Zenfone supports the following bands: GSM/EDGE (850mhz, 900mhz, 1800mhz, 1900mhz) UMTS/HSPA+/DC-HSDPA (850mhz, 900mhz, 1700/2100mhz, 1900mhz, 2100 MHz), WCDMA: Band 1/2/4/5/8 AND FDD-LTE Band 2/3/4/5/7/12/17/28.
