Rechargeable Guitar Tuner

Guitar Tuning steps:

• 1. First clip the Tuner, usually in the flat position of the guitar head, as long as the tuner is stable.
• 2. When tuning, it is recommended to start from 6E strings first, because the 6E strings are the thickest and the tension is the largest. Then after the 6E strings are aligned, the neck will not change too much; Right order is 6E 5A 4D 3G 2B 1E, if the 1E string is adjusted first, then adjusting in the order of 1E to 6E and then returning to the 1E string, you will find that the pitch has changed.
• 3. When adjusting the 6E string, first dial the 6E string .

If the screen displays 6E, the pitch has reached the pitch range of 6E strings.

• The meter to the left indicates that the tone is flat (the string button is loose), and the string button is to be tightened at this time;
• The meter to the right indicates the tone is sharp (the string button is tight), then loosen the string button;
• Until the meter is in the middle, indicating that the pitch of the string is accurate.

Warm Note:

• When an empty string is dialed, the screen will only display the pitch range corresponding to the current sound. If there is a large deviation from the pitch of this string, other numbers will be displayed. This is a normal phenomenon, not a tuner quality problem!
• For example, when the 5th string is adjusted, the screen displays 5A and the meter is in the middle, it is in tune.
• However, when the 5th string is adjusted, the screen does not display 5A, and the screen may display 4D or 6E. This means that the pitch is not within the pitch range corresponding to the 5th string.

When adjusting 5th strings, 5A represents the bass la ,

• If the screen displays 4D, it means that the pitch has reached the midrange re, which is 3 degrees higher than la(5A) and the pitch of the string needs to be lowered to the range of the bass la;
• If the screen displays 6E, it means that the pitch only reaches the bass mi, which is 3 degrees lower than the la(5A). In this case, the pitch of the string needs to be increased to the range of the bass la;

Tuning Procedure

1.Press the power button and hold 2 seconds to turn on(off) the tuner

2.Press the power button continuously to select tuning mode out of Chromatic,Guitar,Bass,Violin and Ukulele

3.Clip the tuner onto your instrument.

4.Play a single note on your instrument, the note name(and string number) will appear in the display.

In Guitar,Bass,Violin and Ukelele mode, the display shows the string number and the note name.
