can you connect to more than one device?

I have pair with several devices (Moto X, Dell Venue 10 7040, desktop) but to the best of my knowledge it can only be connected to a single device at the time.

The earpieces must be placed into your ears in order to hear the audio.
The headset has excellent range and is comfortable to wear

is it waterproof from sweat?

I wear the device almost every day, inside and out under both hot and cold conditions and have not had any issues.  There is a rubber cover over the mini-usb port.

Will these work with ipad 2?

every iPad has Bluetooth so I don't see why it won't work.  Please note that the Buds do not offer multipoint connections.  They work with the last device paired only.

is this new or refurbished ?

The one I purchased was new.  And I love it!

The feel on the neck is good.  The sound coming through is clear and works well in phone conversations, too.

I'd like to purchase replacement rubber ear buds , but hard to tell what to buy or where to get them.  I haven't found any that say they're specifically compatible with the SF500.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

It is compatible with all bluetooth devices.  If your phone has bluetooth, this should be compatible with it.

It looks like they have updated this to now include a White AND Blue option.
The blue is pictured with a black ear cord.

Does the SF 500 have caller id?

The caller ID function is controlled by your phone and not the buds, so if your phone is setup to speak the caller ID it receives, then you will hear it in the buds.  The buds themselves only relay the data provided thru your phone or device.

I bought M-buds to work w/ iPhone 5s. They will not pair up. Why?

I have not had any trouble pairing the device with ipod or iphone, but you have to make sure you turn it off and remove the pairing from one device before pairing with another.  It can only be paired with one device at a time and it remembers the last pairing.  The instructions also has a 'reset' feature that you may want to try.
