It sure will.  I used this on various devices such as Note 2, Note 3, Galaxy S3 & S4, as well as HTC Evo.

Works with any android phone and can be paired up with more than one phone for calling and just one at a time for music streaming.

You can also pair it up to the PC to make it a wireless headst out of it.

Does this speak caller ID?

I have an iPhone 4S and the Motorola CommandOne does speak/voice your caller ID using the phone contacts. When I receive a call it will either tell me the person (if in my contact list) or says the phone number

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and it pairs and works great with the CommandOne.
 The headset is awesome.Very clear and battery lasts for days on a single charge.

Im sorry, but I have never paired it with an iphone as I only have android phones, but it works great with them. I love this device and has never let me down!

If the headset is powered off, and your phone rings, will it automatically answer the call when you slide the headset power switch to "on" (without pressing the call button or saying "answer")?  Motorola used to call this feature Rapid-Connect.  My old Motorola H790 had this feature so that you don't have to always leave the headset on when in the car.

Yes, it will answer the voice call, skipping its usual power up message with connection status and battery level.  It will ignore text messages, as the MotoSpeak widget exited when it lost its bluetooth connection.

is this compatable with the iphone 4s as well?

yes it is marcy, but as I have an iPhone as well, it does not connect the way it is intended with iPhones. it works just fine as an earpiece, but the voice command options do not work with iPhone. that is my experience and I still use mine. Hope that helped.

How long does the first time charge takes? I just received it and there was no light blinking on the status light. It only blinks red a few second when i plug it.

I think you have a dud. Mine was able to pair without an initial charge, but I've had many of these type of bluetooth headsets, and most are fully charged in an hour or two. Try pairing to see if its a dud.
