Yes it will work with most any iProduct, as long as that product features Bluetooth media streaming. It works just fine with Android devices as well. And I can personally verify that it works with BlackBerry 10 devices, as I am using it to stream music to them right now.
Bluetooth is a mostly universal connectivity standard and as long as your device supports the profile you're trying to use.

I would think so. It's Bluetooth and will work on any Bluetooth device. I use an IPhone and nothing ask what kind of phone I have.

Is this product New? Unopened in box?

No, it isn't. Motorola started with the S-9. Made slight changes with this model. When Motorola Mobility started changing hands rapidly was when the current S-11 and the "Flex" version came out and integrated all the singular buttons for commands in multiple presses on one; that change hurt sales. So the S-10 may be older, but it's better than its successor.
