how do i pair my headset?

It should have come with a book of directions, but the device should automatically start searching once you turn it on. Turn the device on, go to the device you want to connect it to (cell phone or computer etc) and search for devices. It should appear as S11-Flex HD. I haven't gad to input a code except for pairing with my computer, but the book should give you the code.

Question 2

What is the quality of the microphones? From there position it doesn't look like they would pick up voice commands very well.

The sound on the headphones are very good. I use them mainly for work outs and activities where wired head phones are a nuisance.

I have had no issues on with using them to make calls. They are well built and I have put them though a beating. I hope this helps.

Question 3

I bought these head phones in June 2014 the left speaker went out August 2014 has anyone else had this happen?

Not the speaker being blown however mic sensitivity diminish.

I am using a moto razr m with the headset, I did call tech support and after performing the reset I found on the web again with them they replaced them still not good.  People have a hard time hearing me.

My boss has the same set but doesn't use them for voice calls just music and he likes them.

I would not recommend these to a friend unless they just wanted them for audio and based on my experience and the reviews online I would be hard pressed to do that as well.
