were is the hook up for the power and reset button?

On my MSI 760GM-E51 (FX), the power and reset switches connect to the Front Panel Connector (JFP 1). JFP 1 is located on the side of to motherboard furthest from the CPU, close to the front (near the corner). In my user guide it is shown on page EN-4 and described on page EM-16. Hope this helps.

Does this board take a "micro" ATX, "mini ATX or Full ATX case? What size power supply?

Micro arc. If its a coming use computer I recommend at least a 400 watt supply. I would also add 200 watts per gaming graphics card and 100 watts if you use a graphics card not for gaming.
