Just go to MSI site and all specs are available for that board. I don't remember offhand what the specs were. I used a 5350 processor with a Radeon 5450 GPU card to build a budget system for a customer. With 8 gigs of RAM and windows 7 x64 it did what they wanted rather well.

Will amd fx8120 processor  fit/run in this unit ? And what is the shipping restrictions to Cinci. Ohio?

That is a socet AM3+ processor. That will NOT work in an AM1 Socket board. I know of no restrictions for shipping to Ohio.
A good board for a little more money would be:
MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Does this come with secureboot?

Is secureboot easy to turn off?

How to turn off secureboot for this motherboard, does it have legacy bios?

Check the BIOS date or go to manufactures site (with the revision date available) and you should be able to tell.

Question 5

Does this motherboard have a full blown PCI-E 2.0 X16?  Does that mean my PCI-E 2.1 X16 dedicated graphics card will be used to max potential?  I noticed most of the other boards were coming in with PCI-E 2.0 at X4.  Is this a limitation associated with the APU or the motherboard?
