No, there is a crease in the middle with an opening, a triangle shaped opening on the top below the buttons, the same triangle shape on bottom, along with a strip of openings  all the way around the front, minus the very top.   One side is glass and one side is aluminum or the aluminum like material the case is made out of.

can this fit 2 360 mm radiators

No, It will fit one 240mm radiator by top mount, and you could remove the 3 fans from the front and replace it with a 360mm radiator. But 2 360mm radiators wont fit.

Will all my parts fit into the MSI MPG GUNGNIR 110R R case?

It is pretty spacious, I fit a full sized Mobo, a 240mm radiator and a 3070ti GPU inside mine with no issues whatsoever. This case really is very nice and easy to build with.  A much better experience than my first build, with a CORSAIR Carbide Series SPEC-DELTA.  That one had very little room and airflow.
