how do i bolt the mother board down? Does the case come with screws or do i have to buy them?

All cases come with MB mounting screws. At least that's been my experience over the past 20+ years.

Im confused, does the case come with the 1 to 6 ARGB Control board, or separate?

yes, it is in the back. The included fans connect to it and the controller connects to the argb head on the Mobo.
