Does this mobo support 3 monitors?

This is entirely dependent on your CPU that you have in the motherboard if you have a ryzen CPU and there it supports no monitors because it has no built-in video and you need a video card. If you have an am4 APU then I b liegr the answer is no. It won't.

IS the red LED light above the CPU suppose to stay on?   I believe the manual refers to it as the GPU LED

Yes. Unlike the VGA POST LED, this does not indicate a problem. It's there to notify the user that the CPU does not have an integrated GPU and that a PCIe graphics card will need to be used. Unfortunately, MSI decided to have this LED stay on at all times instead of just during boot. I'm hoping they'll put out an update to allow configuration of the LED, if it's even possible.

Is this white or is it almost grey?

Are the LEDs on the mobo RGB? Or are they just white, like it states in the LED description? I ask because it says it has RGB sync... but the description says "Ambient white LED"

You can also control accessory LED strips using the MSI Gaming App on the machine, not just through the app. The LEDs on the board itself are white, not RGB, and cannot be changed. If you start up the Gaming App without any additional LEDs installed, you won't see the LED control button.

It's not so much the board as the processor you choose.  These new Ryzens do support Win 7 but you might have issues with some hardware.

does it work with wifi?

It worked with my USB Wifi adapter when the board was actually working. I RMA'd two boards, now I have an Asrock coming my way. I'd steer clear of this one.

Can you use the M.2 as an OS bootable drive?

Ive been trying,the partition keeps changing from guid/gpt back to MBR format I might try to clone the OS from another SSD onto it to see if it sticks

It looks like an FX-8370 clip type cooler will just clip on. Is that correct?  How much clearance is there?

it will clip on and the board comes with easily detachable clips for the new Ryzen processors

does it have rgb pins for an rgb led strip?

It does! However, I haven't been able to control the RGB Wraith cooler I plugged into the rgb pin strip. MSI's website seems to say to use their "MSI Gaming App", I installed it, rebooted twice, and there's no LED tab on it to control my cooler's rgb leds or the motherboard's ambient led's.

But yes, it does have the strip. (4 pin I think?)
