MSI GeForce 210 Graphics Card offer the HDMI functionality to provide access to premium digital content. HDMI enables gaming enthusiasts to seamlessly connect to their LCD monitor to bring the ultimate multimedia experience.
Pros: Fits my Dell Optiplex GX620 SFF with no interference. After updating with latest drivers from Nvidia and Flash 10.1 beta, plays Hulu videos in high quality on 42" LCD over HDMI at 720P with no stuttering. Fan is audible, but drowned out by system fan. Comes with full height and low profile brackets. LP bracket for VGA is a separate piece, and cable can reach over to either side of the card.
Cons: Fan seems to run at constant speed. Would have hoped for variable speed depending on temperature.
Overall Review: I originally purchased the passive cooled version, MSI N210-MD512H for my GX620 SFF, but had to return it because the large heat sink interfered with the hard drive bracket and motherboard capacitors. Reading the various reviews of low profile graphics card and Dell SFF computers, there appears to be some confusion as to what card fits which PC. The Optiplex GX620 comes in four case sizes: Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF), Small Form Factor (SFF), Desktop, and Mini Tower. The USFF has no expansion slots. The SFF has one PCI-e and one PCI slot. The Desktop resembles the SFF but has one PCI-e and two PCI slots. What I learned is that the GX620 SFF requires a card with a heat sink that is no wider than the bracket.
