Yes, it came with 2 low profile brackets. One for the on board connectors (HDMI & DVI) and one for the removable VGA connector.

If you're trying to play audio thru your monitor speakers and only there, the answer is yes.
You also need to select the video card to be your default audio playback device at the Control Panel.

I have had no problems with mine for 2 years, Idk if it will run world of warcraft but my son plays league of legends just fine it just lacks the 4k res.

I HAVE AN OLD DELL 19" RGB MONITOR.  DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS CARD WILL PROPERLY OPERATE THAT MONITOR?

Using it on an RGB monitor is different than using it on an old HP or Dell VGA monitor. If it's truly RGB, it needs to operate at a lower refresh rate - like 15KHz, and the lower 640x480 resolution. I believe there is software (soft15khz.zip) that can help with "some" cards - not sure if this is one of them or not.  I can't test it for you without an RGB monitor available.

I currently have an ATI Radeon HD 4850 X2 and am running 3 monitors with it right now (2 dvi, 1 vga (with dvi to vga adapter). I think it's starting to go bad (blinking pixles when posting, random Windows video driver crashes, random BSOD, etc).  It looks like I could just use an HDMI to DVI adapter, and swap out my cards. My question is this... could someone please confirm whether or not this card can run 3 monitors simultaneously?

Yes, this card should be able to run triple monitors with ease. However, this will be a slight downgrade, even though the 4850's are ancient now. When i was doing a bit of research when replacing my wife's 4850x2 setup, the benchmark comparison to newer AMD line (at the time, it was the AMD 6000 line) and Crossfire 4850's were about as fast as the 6870. So comparing that to today's market, you are looking between a GTX 750 ti or maybe up to a GTX 950. So if you are planning on gaming, probably look for something with a bit more umph.

There are 2 low profile brackets, one for DVI and one for VGA. The low profile option takes up 2 slots. The DVI is connected to the main part of the card. The VGA is on a flexible ribbon that goes in the slot beside the card.
