How many HDDs will this support?

Two. Cables supplied for only one drive. You will need a SATA power "Y" cable to split the single power output for two drives, another short SATA data cable (with right-angle connector on one end), and screws/rubber bushings or washers to mount the second drive.

does this include the processor? or do I need to buy that separate?

does not include the processor, you need to buy the processor, RAM, HD & wireless adapter separately. this is a barebone which is just the case, power supply & motherboard & the processor heatsink fan. Keep in mind that I found out after I got the unit that it only has HDMI port for monitor, also, unfortunately had to remove the motherboard in-order to properly seat the heatsink for the processor

What do I need to get this PC running?  Also does this have a pre-installed OS?

Doesn't come with disk, therefore no OS.
You will need to add:
  - Intel CPU
  - Memory SODIMMs
  - Disk drive (or mSATA)
  - Operating system of your choice (Windows, Linux, . . .)

Question 4

Does the BIOS support overclocking? The feature list includes the OC Genie but it is a H81 chipset. Thinking of getting this with the G3258 Anniversary edition.

Bios will kinda??  MSI has failed in the software department for this board. NONE of the current MSI utility work on this board. There is 5000 hits on the MSI support board about the control panel not working right on 81 cs but apparently they dont care.  I have the G3258 in mine, its not detected correctly and a bios flash did NOT fix it
