The cpu fan I bought doesn't fit, b/c this mobo has capacitors on 3 sides. Can anyone link me to the cpu fan they bought and successfully used? Thanks!

There's an 8 pin and a 4 pin power connector for the CPU, but I can't find any PSU's with both of those outputs, why is this?

Almost all new power supplies have 2 CPU lines, they are often break apart plugs which transform into to 4 pins or one 8 pin. The EVGA 850 gold has them , just used it on this build.

Does this come with screws/posts to mount it to the case?

Yes, it should be. Since you are looking at a Intel i9-9900KF chip, you will want a board with a LGA1151 300 series (Q,B,H or Z 370/390 chipset). You can also look at Intel's page for this processor to see the compatible chipsets.

If i wanted to use M2 card what would be the best one to pick? I want to be around 500gb - 1TB

I really can't say for sure, but from reviews and videos, definitely not the cheapest one you see out there. This is your storage we are talking about. Try mid range, but if you are willing to do 200+ for the best 1TB, then Samsung 970 Evo is the way to go. Just do some research, you're bound to find something. I've had many good experiences with Western Digital storage products, you could possibly look at what they offer. But like I said, just do a bit of research :)

Is it possible to run a monitor off of the USB c connection?

No,only on-board graffics options are HDMI 1.4 support max resolution 4096x2160@24Hz and a Display port 1.2 supports max 4096x2304Hz
