Any opinions on how noisy this card is compared to a fanless card?

This card is very quiet. It performs pretty well too. I'm not a gamer so I don't know how quiet it is when you put some stress on it, but under normal conditions your CPU cooler is probably more noisy than this. I was going to buy another one but I couldn't get the same price I paid for the first one.

Question 2

I wish Newegg would add something in the specs to tell you if and how many and what kind of extra power molex's are required for each video card and make it searchable when looking for video cards, but until then does this card require additional power sources?

I think this card gets all its power from the pci slot. No extra plug ins from the psu are needed. Hope that helps.

Is this card Win 10 compatible?

I upgraded to Windows 10 when they first released it on the pc I put this card in and haven't had any problems.  It's been a really good card for the price for me.

I have a Gateway X-86 based PC (GM5416E) 2007 Desktop with an Intel Core 2 - 6300 @ 1.86 Ghz, 1863 Mhz, Bios 12/2006 using Vista Home Premium.
I want to hook it up to my brand new  Vizio 32" M series LED TV via a HDMI cable. What video card will I have to get to make this match work (best possible). Is this one good???

It works great for me and yes I would recommend it for light to mid game play.
