Pros: Works really well. It looks cool in my case. It's quiet. It may inspire me to start using my PC to its full potential. Or I may take up bodybuilding and be elected governor of Cal-ee-fornia. Anything's possible.

Cons: I am obsessive when it comes to high quality computer components, often overpaying for parts that offer more power or performance than I would ever use. This is not MSI's fault, so I didn't remove an egg. My wife would not approve of me paying this much for a video card when a used $20 card would have suited my needs. But she doesn't need to get her nails done every week either.

Overall Review: I'm not a "gamer". Basically, I check e-mail, browse fantasy football sites, computer sites, WWTDD, listen to music, and watch, you know, "videos". Gee, I sure hope my HAF 932 case, Phenom II CPU, 650W Seasonic PSU and this freaking $145 video card are up to the challenge. In a related story, I used a 12-gauge shotgun to rid my property of a hornet's nest that was hanging from a maple tree.

Pros: Vantage GPU score of nearly 20k with 2 of them overclocked to 1070 / 1400 in Crossfire. I just got rid of a GTX 295 and the setup is only slightly slower (but still overkill), and the image quality is through the roof! It's a smooth as silk setup with the 10.3 pre-release beta drivers!

Cons: MSI Afterburner is very finicky when used in conjunction with Catalyst Control Center. I also had to disable ULPS in my registry for both cards to function correctly in 2D and 3D applications. Google it if you need instructions.

Overall Review: I go through video cards usually once a month but this setup is probably staying put for quit awhile. The build quality, quiet operation, temps, and overclockability are absolutely phenomenal. Yes, you should pull the trigger!

Pros: Standard 8.25" board length, high quality components, far quieter than the stock, egg or any other alternative cooler design. Stays cool and idles around 37-39c and loads at 59c, fans barely spin up even under high demand games. Running MW2, BF:BC2, Trine, DA:O, WoW, HL2 et al @ 1920x1080 2-4xAA/16AF and getting awesome performance.

Cons: I've got nothing on this board, really makes up for the shortcomings of the other 5770 designs out there.

Overall Review: Probably the best "almost enthusiast" grade GPU out there today, you won't win any benchmark contest but you will be able to play virtually any game at full HD resolutions with details cranked.

Pros: Just picked this card up today. Installed without a hitch. Driver download went just fine. No driver issues that i hear others having a problem with-just download and install. Ive overclocked it just slightly - 950/1351mhz . Adjusted teh fan speeds up to 65%, and auto adjusting. When GPU is under full load - Temp never gets above 59'c. Fan is no louder than my case fan. Suprised that the length is actually shorter than my old 8800gt. Played all the latest games at 1900x1200 at full/settings. id:BFII , MW2 , Transformers. And for curiousity sake-popped in Oblivion at Max everything @1900x1200 - well over 100fps. Wonderful card-great price. When I get crossfire, this thing will really be a monster. Atleast twice the performance of my 8800gt.

Cons: The fan/Heatsink take up more room than the actual card. Needing to utilize 2 bay slots..Not much of a con - I have plenty of room, and even more room for a second card. It is surprisingly heavy wehn hanging from the PCIe ports. My case has clips you can use instead of screws to keep the card in place - but I went ahead and used both the clips and screws to make sure gravity doesnt detach the card. Extremely nothing that justifies as a con. Suppose my only real gripe is - I wish FedEx delivered on the Weekends. Boght this card Saturday night, and really wished I could have had it by Monday, but came on Tuesday--ah well.

Overall Review: I personally suggest only download the Drivers only. Not the CCC. I personally hate CCC - due to it running in the background, and screwing with the OS's settings. Can actually make simple resolutions and clarity a hassle. Use the MSI Afterburn to measure ur cards heat performance and adjust the Fan accordingly. At default - its set to 35%, and the temps get into the 60's. Obviously nothing to worry about, but like the temps to stay in the 50's range. A wonderfully safe buy. Great price - even if it does cost a bit more than a typical 5770, the heatsink/fan is Not a Hype. They do work, and u'll be quite happy with it too.

Pros: Easy to install and update, even with Windows 7x64. Picture quality w/ DVI and FPS are Great. Going to buy a second one to run in Crossfire.

Cons: The Catalyst Control Center keeps coming up with error messages even after running all updates from MSI's website. DVI has better picture quality than HDMI.

Overall Review: I just bought a new ViewSonic 22" 1080p Hd monitor, and was a little disappointed in the picture quality. The DVI cable had a far better picture than the HDMI cable. That is my only reason for not giving it 5 eggs. Don't use the included disk if you have Windows 7, Get the updates from MSI's website.

Pros: -Quiet (fans virtually inaudible until you hit roughly 70%, stays on 35% auto, and even overclocked (see other thoughts), the highest speed the auto settings has taken them is about 71%) -Very solid construction, very high quality parts (should benefit lifespan) -Great overclocker (I have yet to see any other 5770 on the market outperform this one for overclocking, without modifications) -Compact size

Cons: None really, but if I had to nitpick... -No ramsinks (buy them yourself if you're really overclocking to the MAX, but they aren't necessary at stock or moderate overclocking) -Be cool if it was a 256-bit memory interface, but it's not like you don't know this going in...

Overall Review: My Rig: Antec 300 case (140 mm case fan at the top has significant impact on temps of this GPU. Idle/Load (without vs with 140 mm case fan) 38C/74C without vs. 32C/63C. This card and the Twin Frozr II REALLY favors decent case airflow ASUS M477TD Mobo AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 125W (@stock clocks) A-DATA DDR31600 (@ full 1600) Corsair TX650W Power supply Stock voltage on card was 1.2v. Left there, 960/1370 would run MSI Kombustor at 1080 (furmark) for over 10 minutes stable. Didn't test it beyond that. 24/7 OC (stock voltage) is 940/1340 at the moment. May take mem down to 1320 just for longevity's sake. My experience so far: 3DMark06 @ stock clocks on my rig = approx 16,200-16,300 3DMark06 @ 940/1340 (stock voltage) = approx 16,800-16,900 Runs Crysis @ 1920x1080 (half settings on Very High, half on high, no AA) at about an average of 39-40 fps. Runs BF:BC2 @ 1920x1080 on MAX settings with 2xAA and 4xAF averaging about 50fps, with minimum being in the mid 30's.

Pros: Solid card, built like a tank, easily overclockable and stable. Had mine for a long time before upgrading to a 6950 unlocked to a 6970 w/2GB of RAM, and I only did that because I wanted to run BF3 on Ultra settings. Cooling solution is impressive and keeps things frosty.

Cons: The fans can get noisy at 100%, but with the included software you can stop that from happening via the custom fan profile, and honestly, they never need to run that fast to keep it cool anyway.

Overall Review: This is in response to a statement made by "McLovin" where he or she said: "NOTE!- 2x crossfire OC"D cards will out preform a 6970 by about 10 fps and its $70 less! i have had 2x 23in screens using the same settings and the fps are not changed so that just shows the card has more juice in it.it maxes in temp in my df-85 at 52 c, the specs say its at 78 c max but my case has super good cooling." While this is a fantastic card and value, what you said is simply NOT true and at best very misleading. Two 5770's will perform on par, or a little better than a single 6850 or 6870, NOT a current gen 6950 or 6970. Plus there's the little problem of shader count that will make things LOOK much better on the 6950 and 6970. How do I know? I own and tested both cards. Don't even need that though, just Google it. Plus the price is just about the same for two 5770's or just a single 6950. Please don't post misleading info in the reviews, it's not helping anyone make an informed decisi

Pros: Needed a replacement when the XFX 9800 GTX+ Black Edition died after just ~2 years fully stock. Being appalled at that, a tight replacement budget and ATI's rep for bang-per-buck led to trying ATI/MSI for the replacement. Off the bat, the differences are beautiful. The card is installed for Win 7 x64, and working without a single hitch so far. (Installed ATI website drivers instead of MSI based on previous reviews.) Plays Crysis at mostly Very High settings 1680x1050. If the card keeps performing this well, I may stick with MSI and even ATI. -DX11 -Excellent At High/Highest Settings In Most Games -Low Power Consumption -Runs Freezing Cold Compared to the GTX (Under 40c idle, compared to 60c+ idle) -About an inch or two shorter than the massive card it is replacing. -No Full-Card Shroud. (SO MUCH Easier to Clean, Doesn't Trap Dust/Heat)

Overall Review: -According to reviews, the 9800 uses 301w, while this one takes ~120w. This card also takes HALF the power connectors. If those wattage descriptions are accurate, that is amazing power-savings. -Screw in the side bracket with 2 screws when you install a GPU. This card seems to sit perfectly when properly installed. Not having any wiggling/bending troubles at all. -Probably one of my favorite features is the lack of a full-card shroud. Those make a card so hard to clean, and seem like they would just trap heat. It's awesome that this way, you can just reach everything with a simple can of air.
