Pros: Easy to install, good drivers, nice interface. This is a perfect tuner card. I have always been a fan of MSI, and this product didn't let me down. I watch tv on my 2nd monitor while playing fifa09 on my main monitor.(fifa09 sound turned on low) After messing with my resolution, i found the quality pretty darn good. I have to say, after i read some of the reviews i was scared, but this card has exceeded my expectations.
Cons: none really, wish it had its own audio line.
Overall Review: - doesn't take up a lot of resources - space saving design for college students - great for someone on a budget - I hooked up my old super Nintendo :>
Pros: Really Good for the price and plays tv on ur computer low profile, records tv at really good quality.
Cons: This wont let you watch HD tv because its analog if u dont have a good signal it can be snowy
Overall Review: for the prices it good and the extras are really good i recommend it to a budget
Pros: Very easy to set up. I'm not using the cable part (which so many seem to complain about); using it strictly to be able to play my wii on my 23.6" computer monitor. For that application, it really works well.
Cons: The software isn't stellar, but certainly get's the job done.
Overall Review: For my use (primarily the composite input), absolutely no complaints. Can't comment on the cable input.
Pros: It worked straight out of the box... somewhat.
Cons: The picture quality was TERRIBLE. I spent hours fiddling with settings in the awful software that came with this card, as well as media center, and the best picture I got was grainy, snowy, blurry; you name it, it was there. I'll warn you now... Spend the extra 20 bucks and get a better card!
Overall Review: It has a PAL coaxial connection, but it came with a NTSC adapter. Could be the source of the problem, but... either way, not worth the money. RMA'd.
Pros: First of alll the install was a no brainer. Installs very nicely with xp pro with no hang-ups. Took like 5 mins to setup after installing the card. It is a low profile card so for those that have a limited space like me will love the fact that this card is slim on size. The dvr works great, the video to audio sync is excellent to boot. I recommend this card not just because it is a low cost card but the fact that is a low cost card with great features and quility. The FM radio feature is awsome too. Highly recommended!!!!!
Cons: not suitable for high definition tv, very minor grainy on cable reception but that my because I am using a older flat panel monitor. Still no real cons at this time. no crash.
Overall Review: Great for beginners or novice builders
Pros: Allows you to watch tv on your computer while doing whatever else you'd like, granted you have two monitors. Lots of features FM, TVR (the cards version of DVR), Remote + batteries, and A/V in. Haven't had a problem with the software like others complain of. Takes some getting used to but not a big deal if you can read.
Cons: None really.. not the best picture quality but what do you expect when you blow 640x480 up to 1680x1050.
Overall Review: If you're looking for HD content on your PC, this is not the card for you. If you need basic tv watching then this is a great card.
Pros: Great for the radio and A/V Hookups. I play Playstation 2 Games on this. Love the reduction of flicker.
Cons: The Coaxial Cable connector is esentially useless. Its flimsy and not attached to the card itself which makes it a good candidate to conk out in no time. Unless you need to watch Analog TV still, Consider getting a digital set top box and hook it up through SVideo or A/V Inputs to the card
Overall Review: Its lag free performance is surprisingly better then the Gamebridge Adapter and I say this with a smile. It also does not require an audio cable through Vista, which is even better because I dont like extra cables being hooked in that are not neccesary in the first place.
Pros: - comes with controller (works great for me) - av cables for my console. - cheap I live in a dorm, so I dont have room for a tv. I bought this becuase I am a poor college student.
Cons: MSI program sucks (grainy), I use Media center ....The quality is MUCH better!
Overall Review: Running i7 860 with windows 7 Ultimate and 4gb of ram. I am able to watch tv on one monitor and play starcraft 2 on my main monitor. I am glad I didnt spend a lot on a tv tuner, this does everthing and more.
