What's the best RGB ram for this motherboard?

After experimenting with 2 Gskill kits and having no success, I decided to try a Team Group "Team Force Night Hawk" RGB 16gb; 3200mhz ram kit. Read an extensive test article in Anandtech, along with a another article in Tweaktown (testing the 3000mhz kit) which shows that these 2 kits have very good compatibility with the Ryzen platform. 
Their research has proven correct! I was able to clock my 3200mhz kit up to 3066mhz AND tighten the timings to 15-17-16-16-36; CR1, thus lowering system latency! My Ryzen 1700X is running beautifully at 3.9G (1.4Vcore)!

Are both the M.2 slots Turbo or standard 6Gb/s or one of each? I'm looking for a board that has 2 Turbo slots.

One is PCIE 3 x4 and one is PCIE 2 X4. If that is what you mean by turbo.

How many fan headers does this have?

6 Total. 2 PWM (CPU and Pump fans) and 4 DC (non-PWM) connectors. Hope that helps.

Is the wifi card dual band?

To expand on the previous answer, yes the card is Dual Band. The included Wifi/BT expansion module is a "WIRELESS-AC MS-B905C (INTEL 8265NGW)", which supports the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac & Bluetooth 4.2 standards for wireless transmission. Included are a use 2.0 pin header, an installation guide, a drivers disk, and 2 (two) antennas.

So hey what is the difference between the Ac and normal carbon? 
I can't find one besides this one being cheaper.

The only real difference I can find is that the AC variant comes with the "WIRELESS-AC MS-B905C (INTEL 8265NGW)" Wifi/BT card.

Even though in the Specifications it doesn't say "PCI Express 3.0 x16" however, it shows 2 slots labled as PCI Express 3.0 x16 in the picture.
When the 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 filter is turned on, this motherboard disappears.  
Does this motherboard have 2 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots or not??????????????

Well from reading the manual to use them you must have a ryzen processor

Question 8

Under the memory standard it says "DDR4 3200+(OC)" however this board shows up with the filter for DDR4 2666 turned on, so I assume that this motherboard supports DDR4 2666 (without overclocking).  Am I correct in assuming this?

AFAIK, Ryzen in general supports 2667/2666 MHz ram without overclocking and can gain better performance in both cpu and memory workloads with memory OC even higher. Also AFAIK, most memory desktop memory controllers that support DDR4, operate at max in the range of 2400 - 2667 MHz without overclocking.
