Does this motherboard support RAID through the BIOS? If so, what types of RAID? (I have RAID 5 specifically in mind.)

Did a bit more in-depth searching and found that yes, this motherboard supports various RAID setups. – SATA1~6 support RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5 and RAID 10 – SATA7~10 ports only support IDE mode and AHCI mode. Thanks to the review from Modders Inc.

Would anyone know if a SAMSUNG SM951 M.2 128GB PCI-Express 3.0 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - OEM would require a adapter or could i just plug it in? Im still new to m.2 and require this for some epic boot speeds.

You should just be able to plug it in. This board is ready for the M.2

does the M.2 pcie gen3 X 4 support NVME protocol I don't see any bios update that says NVME support added ?

Per intel's website (search on google for "Intel 750 SSD tested motherboards"), it does support NVMe. I'd put the url in here...but it's forbidden.
