If you are really not sure about your model, check about this mac under apple menu, then click more info.  Copy your serial # and take it over to everymac (Google it). They have an "Ultimate Mac Lookup" tool that you can use to find all the specs for your model, including the model numbers that newegg references on the specs for thus ram.

The memory in your 27" iMac runs at 1066MHz. This memory is 1333MHz. It should work (both DDR3), it will just run at the lower clock rate.
