does it come with a mounting screw?

Most likely no, I've never used this brand but none of the 4-5 brands I have used did not. If a motherboard can use an m.2 ssd it should come with screws. There are also 2 different size screws used by ASRock, MSI, Gigabyte and Asus. Can't remember which 2 of four use the same size though.

Will this work on my ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING motherboard. Asus NVMe list is two years old and The Mushkin Enhanced was not on the list?

Looked up your mobo and it shows it supports 2280 form factor M.2. I don't see it being a problem.
