How do I extend the handle to the full 13.7 inches?
Twist the handle to unlock, pull out to the next length, then twist back the opposite way to lock. There are three stops - 7.3in, 10.4in and 13.7in. Reach the longest setting by repeating the unlock-pull-lock step twice.
The handle slides shorter while I am using it. Is it defective?
In most cases it simply is not locked yet. After pulling out to your length, twist the handle back the opposite direction until it holds firm. Once locked it stays put even under firm pressure.
Does it fold down small enough to travel with?
Yes. It folds down to just 7.3" x 3.9" and weighs only 1.12 lbs. The zippered case holds the gun, the charger and all 5 heads.
Is it noisy? How long does the battery last?
The motor is quiet enough to use while watching TV. A full charge gives about 3 hours of use. (Level 5)
What should I pay attention to during use?
Keep fingers clear of the gap beside the head and the folding joint, and change the length or angle only when the motor is switched off.
