Reset both earbuds by tapping each five times, return them to the charging case, then remove. Ensure they enter pairing mode (red and blue lights flashing simultaneously) to reconnect.
Right Earbud Not Charging/No Light/Not Working?
Oxidation on the copper contacts at the earbud base due to oil or sweat buildup. Gently clean the two metal contact points on the earbud and the metal surfaces inside the charging case with a cotton swab or tissue. Then attempt charging again.
Only one earbud (left/right) produces sound, but the other doesn't.
This means the earbuds lost their connection to each other. Restart the non-working earbud (hold for 3 seconds) or reset both (press 5 times on each), then restart them.
